A location available for your exclusive use able to accommodate a maximum of 170 people but, with events involving a standing itinerant buffet, it can accommodate up to 350. Three settings united by a distinct and impeccable personality that can receive up to 170 guests.
However, the possibility of holding the entire reception outdoors entirely lakefront makes the villa dynamic with a breathtaking view.
An elegant double bedroom is also available for the new couple for the duration of the reception.
The large basement room, the terrace, the panoramic tower and cave are other spaces that, owing to the villa’s versatility and spaciousness, can be adapted to an exquisite and refined banquet. The villa is surrounded by a park and the private dock’s terrace, places where you may arrange an aperitif, the cutting of the cake or from which you can admire a fireworks display. There is the possibility of arriving by boat for the newlyweds with private mooring.
The villa uses an in-house caterer which, having operated on site for several years, knows the spaces of the villa perfectly and is therefore well organized in terms of logistics. There is a basic menu that can be entirely personalized to customer needs (an external catering service can be brought in, if necessary).
Large parking areas, with space for 100 vehicles, are located adjacent to the park.
Conferences, meetings, corporate events and business meetings can be held in the Surre Conference Center, a specially designed area equipped with all modern technologies. Lake Iseo serves as backdrop for this majestic villa nestling on its banks.
Conceived by Milanese architect Giuseppe Sommaruga in 1912, the beautiful home emanates all the elegance, taste and workmanship of constructions from the early 1900s.
