The cuisine of Il Pianone Restaurant is renowned for the quality of its dishes based on traditional Italian gastronomy, but which is reinterpreted in a contemporary key according to the availability of seasonal products. Our restaurant in Bergamo’s Upper Town features two important influences: one that is Tuscan from the owner’s native land, and the other from Bergamo.
